The pelletizing mill has 24 individual knives arranged evenly over the circumference with which the machine is also well suited for direct insertion without pre-crushing. The separator works very sensitively by adjusting the speed of the fan and is therefore also perfect for stranded cables. A bypass has been retrofitted for processing pure hard cable quantities, which reduces the power consumption and increases the performance of these cables. The integrated control allows the connection of a conveyor belt directly via a 400 V plug. The conveyor belt connected in this way is temporarily stopped when the performance limit is reached so that the system is not overcrowded. In addition to the bypass, the system has also received a stand filter from us, so that the frequent emptying of the bags is no B1052245 longer necessary. The turbine received a new turbine mill in 2021 and a new rotor including new bearings in 2022. The separating table has received a new cover and all wear parts are new.
