Description:	Sleeve and collection packaging system SCHUBERT TLM-F2 used machine Used TLM-F2 sleeve and collective packaging system for packing yoghurt cups with sleeves in trays and then palletising the trays. The yoghurt cups are removed from trays that have already been used, sleeved and put back into the trays. A TLM palletiser places the trays on pallets, places a cover sheet and transports the loaded pallets. Sequence of the system functions: - Infeed belt - TLM-F2/43.2 Robot for repositioning the products - Tray table - Pick up, group and provide the products - Magazine and robot sleeve transfer unit - Provision and clocking of the sleeves - Sleeve erector - Transmodul - picking up and transporting the sleeves to the filling position - Magazine and robot (sleeve handover 2) - Sleeve Erector 2 - Transmodul filler - suction of the products from the storage table, insertion of the products into the ready sleeves on the Transmodul - Transmodul - further transport of the filled sleeves to the closing position - Gluing - application of hot melt adhesive via glue nozzles to the side flaps of the sleeves during onward transport - Robots as seamers - Sealing of sleeved products on the Transmodul - Robot for translating TM on the grouping table - Tray table - pick-up, grouping and preparing the products for pick-up by the robot - Tray filler - suction of the products from the tray table and insertion into the trays. Transverse pushing of the trays onto pallet conveyor - Plate chain conveyor - Pallet feeding - Storing and inserting empty pallets to the TLM-P2 robot - TLM-P2 robot - suction and gripping of four trays each. Transferring the trays to the waiting pallet - NC slider - transverse pushing of the filled pallets onto the outfeed lane - Pallet removal - removal of the filled pallet from the TLM system The system was used for yoghurt cups L 130 x W 142 x H 57 mm (4-pack, 1x 4-cup) or 2-pack: 130 x 71 x 57 mm.
