energy-saving versions Energy or Energy+, you can also get models that
are equipped with innovative energy recovery systems with the same
washing performance. And for extreme capacity fluctuations or a
generally higher throughput, there is the GS 500 TwinSet series. As
you can see, performance and flexibility are the trump cards in the GS
500 series. Because it's the result that counts – and that's
brilliant in any case. With a coherent overall concept consisting of
machine technology, cleaning products, water treatment and

Energy Series Every time the clean items are removed, moist, warm
water vapour escapes - valuable energy that dissolves into thin air,
so to speak. The GS 502 Energy / GS 515 Energy convert this into real
added value with the help of an exhaust air heat exchanger. This is
because the machines extract the warm and humid water vapour directly
from the interior with the hood closed and use its energy to heat the
cold inlet water. This reduces your energy costs by up to 5,250
euros1) in eight years and also improves the indoor climate in the
long term. The GS 502 Energy+ / GS 515 Energy+ are also equipped with
a wastewater heat exchanger and also use the energy from the
wastewater. This increases the savings to up to 7,000 euros2) in eight
years.

Great indoor climate: The heat exchanger reduces the exhaust air
temperature by more than half. The absolute humidity is only about 20%
of the value without exhaust air heat recovery. This improves the
indoor climate in the long term. There is no need to invest in an
additional exhaust hood.
The seamless, deep-drawn hygiene tank with rounded corners offers no
hiding places for dirt and deposits. Calcifications and dirt from the
surface radiator do not stand a chance. These are the best
prerequisites for easy cleaning.
After operation, the inside of the machine is automatically cleaned,
after which it switches off. Thanks to the integrated drain pump, no
dirty residual water remains in the machine – everything remains
free of deposits and odours.
4-fold caustic filtration Coarse dirt is collected via a comprehensive
screening system with a removable screen cassette. This can also be
easily removed without draining the tank water. Further K527004
safety is provided by the pump suction screen. The Mediamat caustic
filtration permanently frees the rinsing solution from the finest
impurities - the need for cleaning agent is significantly reduced.
Thanks to the 4-fold caustic filtration, the rinsing solution remains
so clean that it can be used throughout the working day; water and
energy consumption are sustainably reduced.
