Press was electrically overhauled and converted to Pilz SPS and Frei DSK 137-110. The clutch and brake were overhauled in mid-2021. The following overhaul work was carried out
  • Dismantle, clean and inspect the tappet and compensating cylinder
  • Connecting rod concentricity and crack checked OK.
  • New piston rod and barrel bushing for balance cylinder manufactured according to sample
  • 2 new groove rings and O-ring
  • Fit compensating cylinder and check function
  • Touch up and scrape connecting rod journals
  • Manufacture new clamping piece
  • Fracture protection was installed incorrectly
  • Align parts, new breaker plate
  • Bolt for lubrication
  • Ball socket missing, remake pin
  • Fit and retune tappet
  • 2 new spherical roller bearings for S924454 countershaft
  • Polish shaft
  • Replace 2 pressure reducers 1/2 inch and pressure hoses
  • New flat belt
  • Repair bolts for ratchet
  • Reseal rotor ,
The overhaul costs amounted to over 11,000 euros net
