We offer you a semi-mobile Maier crusher. This used to shred wood, paper, etc. The counter cutting edge was converted with gas pressure cylinders to rise in case of faulty parts (such as Büffel Doppstadt). The machine is mounted on a semi-mobile steel frame to be manoeuvred on the premises. Currently, 90 KW of electrical power are installed. However, the gearbox can absorb up to 250 KW of power.

The shredder breaks large bulky parts made of polystyrene and EPS and similar substances with a maximum raw density of 30kg/m³ into small pieces. The shredder reduces the volume by about 65%. Thus, machine is ideally suited for use in industrial and craft companies as well as for the wholesale and retail trade with packaging material made of Styrofoam.
